12-Month Warranty

Every pair of CronyOptics binoculars is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

Manufacturing defects that affect how your binoculars work, such as:

• Misaligned optics (double vision)
• A faulty focus wheel, diopter, or hinge
• Failed seals that let in moisture or cause internal fogging
• Lens coating or prism defects present from the factory

What's Not Covered

• Damage from drops, impacts, misuse, or accidents
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches and cosmetic wear
• Loss or theft
• Products that have been modified, disassembled, or repaired by anyone other than CronyOptics

How to Make a Warranty Claim

• Email support@cronyoptics.com or call 720-282-9486 with your order number and a short description of the problem.
• Include a photo or short video of the issue if you can. It helps us resolve your claim faster.
• We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
• If your claim is approved, we'll send you return instructions and replace your binoculars, or issue a refund if a replacement isn't available.
